Admission Applicant Object
- The Admission Applicant object contains applicant admission data. This object contains one or more records per applicant in the Student Data Warehouse for the time spanning from the current term to one year in the future.
- PIDM
- Identification number. A unique identifying value for all persons in the Student Data Warehouse.
- Data Type: 8 Digit number
- Example: 123456

- Term
- Term Code representing term of intended entry. Format YYYYTT, where YYYY = academic year and TT = term, 01 = Fall, 02 = Winter, 03 = Spring,04=Summer, 05=Fall(semester),06=Winter(semester).
- Data Type: 6 Characters

- Val Table: Term
- Term Abbrev
- Normalized version of term code intended for use in printing. Format is alphabetic term code (F = Fall, W = Winter, S = Spring, U = Summer) and the terminal calendar year digits.

- Date when original application material was entered in Banner.

- The status of the admissions application: 'C' for complete and ready for review, 'D' for decision made, 'I' for Incomplete, 'M', 'N', 'P' for Not Coming with different reasons.

- Withdrawal Reason
- The reason that the applicant withdrew the application.
- Data Type: 30 Characters

- Institution Attended
- The institution that the withdrawn the applicant will attend instead of UO.
- Data Type: 30 Characters

- Admission Type of Applicant, such as 'IN' for International Student. This element may be empty, representing 'none of the above'.
