    All Students Object

    The Students objects contain student data. These objects contain one record per term or semester included in the Student Data Warehouse for every student with any enrollment activity in that term or semester.

    Warehouse ID
    Warehouse identification code. A unique identifying value for all persons in the Student Data Warehouse. Used for COUNT and DISTINCT queries.

    Term
    Code representing enrollment term. Format YYYYTT, where YYYY = the first year of the academic year pair (e.g. 1993 for the 1993-1994 academic year) and TT = term or semester, 01=Fall, 02=Winter, 03=Spring, 04= Summer, 05 = Fall Semester, 06 = Spring Semester and 07 = Summer Semester.

    Term Abbrev
    Term abbreviation. Format is the terminal calendar year digits and the alphabetic term code (F=Fall, W=Winter, S=Spring, U=Summer) and an additional trailing S for Semester.

    Student Level Code
    Identifies the level of the student for the effective term. 'UG' for Undergraduate, 'GR' for Graduate/Professional, 'NU' or 'NG' for Non-Degree & 'LW' for Law.

    Class Standing
    Class standing based on student level and credit hours earned. (Only applies for 'UG' and 'LW" Level students.) 'FR','SO','JR','SR','L1','L2' and 'L3'. See Student Type Code for distinctions of 'GR' students.

    Student Type Code
    Identifies the student type at admission for student's current program or level. For the 'UG' student level, indicates the number of transfer hours the student had earned at the point of initial admission to UO. For the 'GR' student level, defines gradudate degree program to which the student is admitted. 'NG' and 'NU' students are generally unclassified.

    EOP Code
    Denotes student's participation in the Educational Opportunities Program (EOP), This field contains the student's EOP or EOPR Code, the code entered most recently.

    Enrollment Status
    Enrollment status of the student. 'FT' for Full-Time, 'HT' for Half-Time and 'LT' for Less than Half-Time

    Registration Status Code
    Identifies the student's registration eligibility for the effective term/semster. Primary codes used to identify registered students are 'EL' and 'RR'. Codes 'CD', 'CW', or 'CN' indicate the the student has completely withdrawn for the requested term.

    Registration Priority Code
    Defines the student's DUCK CALL registration priority group.

    Registration Priority Date
    The earliest date the student may register. This is determined by registration priority code, class standing, student level and last three digits of student ID.

    Student Rate Code
    Identifies student tuition rate code for the term. A 'GTF' rate code identifies students with a graduate teaching fellowship appointment for the requested term.

    Hours Registered
    Number of credit hours for which the student is registered. Includes credits for courses in which student has withdrawn with a 'W' grade and no refund of tuition/course fees.

    Orientation Session Code

    Professional Objective Codes
    The first eight professional objective codes found for a student joined together and separated by '|' (pipe characters). These codes identify professional objectives which do not correspond to a University major, for example Pre-Law, Pre-Dentistry or Pre-Med.

    Acad Stand Code
    Identifies the student's academic standing in affect during the term. Calculated based on the academic standing rules and based on the student's past performance. After grades are processed for the term, the student's academic standing is recalculated and will be stored in the term summary object with term GPA information. Only students with a Student Level of 'UG' or 'NU' have Acad Stand Code, all others are null.
