Contact Object
- The Contact object contains data concerning how and when recruits and applicants were contacted by the University. This object contains zero or more records for each recruit and applicant in the Student Data Warehouse.
- PIDM
- Identification number. A unique identifying value for all persons in the Student Data Warehouse.
- Data Type: 8 Digit number
- Example: 123456
- Source: spriden_pidm
- Contact Code
- The way in which the prospective student contacted the U of O.
- Data Type: 3 Characters
- Example: CNN

- Val Table: Contact Type
- Contact Desc
- Contact Type Code Description.
- Data Type: 30 Characters
- Example: College Night
- Source: stvctyp_desc
- Val Table: Contact Type
- Contact Date
- Date the contact from the prospective student was entered in Banner.
- Data Type: Date
- Example: 04/01/96
