Recruit Person Object
- The Recruit Person object contains recruit personal data. This object contains one record per recruit person in the Student Data Warehouse for the time spanning the current term to one year in the future.
- PIDM
- Identification number. A unique identifying value for all persons in the Student Data Warehouse.
- Data Type: 8 Digit number
- Example: 123456

- Student Identification.
- Data Type: 9 Characters

- Last Name
- Last name of Recruit.

- Recruit's complete name in the form of last, comma, first & middle, usually used for sorting. If the person has only one name a comma is not included.

- Recruit's complete name in the form of first middle & last, preferred format for correspondence or mail addresses.

- Recruit's sex coded as M (male), F (female), and N (not designated).
