    Registration Object

    The Registration object contains data concerning student's registration activity. This object contains one record for each course registration per student in any of the terms for which registration data is included in the Student Data Warehouse.

    Warehouse ID
    Warehouse identification code. A unique identifying value for all persons in the Student Data Warehouse.

    Term
    Code representing the term this registration data was collected. Format is YYYYTT, where YYYY = academic year and TT = term or semester, 01 = Fall, 02 = Winter, 03 = Spring, 04 = Summer, 05 = Fall Semester, 06 = Spring Semester, 07 = Summer Semester.
    Data Type: 6 Characters
    Example: 199502

    Term Abbrev
    Short version of term code intended for use in printing. The format is alphabetic term code (F = Fall Term, W = Winter Term, S = Spring Term, U = Summer Term, FS = Fall Semester, SS = Sprint Semester, US = Summer Semester) and the terminal calendar year digits.
    Data Type: 4 Characters

    CRN
    The course reference number assigned to the course section. CRNs are not unique across academic years.

    College
    College offering the course.

    Dept Code
    Department offering the course.

    Subj Code
    Course subject code.

    Course Numb
    Course number. It may include an alpha suffix.

    Title
    Title of the course.

    Registration Status Code
    The current registration status of this registration. Students who withdraw after the refund period (4th week) of a term are counted in official enrollment counts even though they no longer attend the class. Registration Status Codes which count toward enrollment include: AC, AU, CN, RA, RC, RE, RR, RS, WN. Registration Status Codes which do not count in enrollment include: BP, CA, CD, CW, DC, RD, WC.     Registration Status Desc
    Text Description of Registration Status Code.

    Include in Enrollment
    This flag indicates whether or not the registration status code 'counts' in determining an enrolled status. Please note that students who withdraw without refund count in enrollment and in student credit hour calculations for academic departments.

    Course Level
    Level of the course. 'UG' = Undergraduate, 'GR' = Graduate, 'LW' = Law.

    Credit Hours
    Credit hours for which the student registered for the course.
    Data Type: 2 Digit number plus 2 decimal places

    Grading Option
    Grade option chosen by student; 'G' = Graded, 'P' = Pass/No Pass, '*' = Pass/No Pass Only.
    Data Type: 1 Character

    Grade
    Grade given to the Student. WARNING: The grade displayed in the registration record is the grade initially assigned by the faculty through the grade submission process at the end of the term. It is not necessarily the student's final grade in the class; that will be reflected in the grade field in the student's transcript record for the course. 'AU' = Audit and 'W'' = Withdrawn are the only grades assigned before the Term/Semester grade roll process.
