Sport Code Object

The Sport Code object contains information about student involvement in intercollegiate athletics. This object contains one record per student per term per sport. This object is not available to most Student Data Warehouse users.

Warehouse ID

Warehouse identification code. A unique identifying value for all persons in the Student Data Warehouse.

Sport Status Code

Code indicating special status in the sports program. 'DS' = dropped from squad list, 'RS' = reinstated to squad list. For most student athletes this field will be null.

Sport Eligibility Code

Eligibility of the student athlete for the given sport. 'EC' = elligible to compete, 'EP' = can practice but may not compete, 'MD' = medical, 'NE' = not eligible to compete.

Sport Atheletic Aid Ind

Flag indicating whether the athlete is receiving athletic aid. This field is not currently being used.
