Summary Object

The Summary object contains cumulative student summary data. This object contains one record per level of coursework ('UG', 'GR', or 'LW') for each student included in the Student Data Warehouse.

Warehouse ID
Warehouse identification code. A unique identifying value for all persons in the Student Data Warehouse.

Summary Course Level
Course level of a student's work. 'UG' for Undergraduate, 'GR' for Graduate, 'LW' for Law.

Accum UO Attempt Hours
UO credit hours attempted for the course level.
Data Type: 3 Digit number plus 2 decimal places

Accum UO Quality Points
UO quality points for the course level. It is the sum of credit hours for all UO courses times quality points for each grade at this course level. Used for GPA calculations.

Accum UO GPA
UO Grade Point Average for the course level. It is calculated by dividing GPA hours for the level into Accum UO Quality Points for the course level.

Accum Transfer Attempt Hours
Cumulative transfer credit hours attempted for the course level.

Accum Transfer Quality Points
Cumulative transfer quality points for the course level. It is calculated by multiplying credit hours of the course by quality points associated with the grade. Used for GPA calculations.

Accum Transfer GPA
Cumulative transfer Grade Point Average for the course level. It is calculated by dividing Accum Transfer GPA hours into Accum Transfer Quality points.
