Term Summary Object
- The Term Summary object contains student summary data on a per-term basis. This object contains one record per level of coursework ('UG', 'GR', or 'LW') per term for each student included in the Student Data Warehouse. Included are all past terms in which the student had 1 or more attempted hours, either UO or transfer.
- Warehouse ID
- Warehouse identification code. A unique identifying value for all persons in the Student Data Warehouse.
- Data Type: Number
- Example: 123456

- Summary Term
- Code representing term being summarized. Format YYYYTT, where YYYY = academic year and TT = term. '01' = Fall, '02' = Winter, '03' = Spring, '04' = Summer, '05' = Fall Semester, '06' = Spring Semester, '07' = Summer Semester.

- Summary Course Level
- Course level of a student's work. 'UG' for Undergraduate, 'GR' for Graduate, 'LW' for Law.

- UO Attempt Hours
- UO credit hours attempted during the specified term for the level.
- Data Type: 3 Digit number plus 2 decimal places

- UO Earn Hours
- UO credit hours earned during the specified term for the level.
- Data Type: 3 Digit number plus 2 decimal places

- UO GPA Hours
- Credit hours used for Grade Point Average calculation for the level for the specified term.

- UO Quality Points
- UO quality points for the level for the specified term. Calculated as the sum of credit hours for all UO courses times quality points for each grade at this course level.

- UO GPA
- UO Grade Point Average for the level for the specified term. It is calculated by dividing GPA hours for the level into UO Quality Points for the level.

- Transfer Attempt Hours
- Accepted Transferred credit hours attempted for the level for transfer work accepted into Banner for the specified term.

- Accepted Transferred credit hours earned for the level for transfer work accepted into Banner for the specified term.

- Accepted Transferred quality points for transfer work accepted into Banner at the level for the specified term. Calculated as the sum of credit hours for all transfer courses accepted this term times Quality Points for each grade. Used for GPA calculations.

- Transfer GPA
- Accepted Transferred Grade Point Average for the level for transfer work accepted into Banner for the specified term. It is calculated by dividing Accum Transfer GPA hours into Accum Transfer Quality points.

- Acad Stand Code
- Identifies student academic standing at the end of the term based on that term's graded UO work. Calculated based on the academic standing rules.

- Description of Academic standing code.

- Dean's List Flag
- Flag indicating whether a student made the Dean's List for the term. 'Y' = yes. To make the Dean's List, a student must (1) be an admitted undergraduate, (2) complete at least 12 graded hours for the term, and (3) earn a GPA of at least 3.75 for the term.
